SiteMint Digital

Digital systems built to move your business forward.

SiteMint designs websites, web applications, CRM systems, AI automation, and custom software that work together—from the first interaction to the next meaningful action.

Capture. Organize. Connect. Resolve.

02 — What we build

Nine capabilities. One connected system.

Every SiteMint engagement draws from the same nine capabilities — alone or combined into one system, depending on what the business actually needs. Advertising services are a separately scoped, recurring engagement, never bundled by default.

  1. 01Strategy & DiscoveryA structured brief before a single page gets built.
  2. 02WebsitesA credible, converting front door.
  3. 03Web ApplicationsCustom software for how the business actually works.
  4. 04CRM & Business SystemsOne place the team trusts, instead of five.
  5. 05AI Systems & AutomationRoutine work handled; judgment stays human.
  6. 06Growth InfrastructureTracking, pixels, and consent working before a dollar is spent.
  7. 07Advertising ServicesMeta and Google campaigns planned, launched, and reported on honestly.
  8. 08AI ReceptionistEvery call answered, qualified, and logged — private beta.
  9. 09Ongoing Support & OptimizationThe system tuned after launch, not abandoned at it.

01 — How it connects

One connected system, from first click to resolved outcome.

A missed call, a form no one answers, a lead that never gets a follow-up. Scroll the diagram — or select a stage — to see where inquiries usually die, and how a connected system keeps them moving instead.

One thread, from first click to resolved outcome.

WebsiteCaptureCRM recordAutomationAI conversationResolved outcome

Resolved outcome

The inquiry ends as a scheduled appointment, a completed task, or a real customer — and the record reflects it.

Outcome: attention became a resolved outcome
03 — Websites & Web Apps

A site that knows what happens after the click.

For businesses whose current site is a brochure nobody acts on: marketing sites and custom applications built around the action a real visitor should take next — a form that reaches an inbox, a tracked event, a clean hand-off to the next system.

A Starter Site System ships with the pages and lead capture most businesses need as-is; a custom application is scoped and built around your specific workflow. Either way, every form and event on the site feeds straight into the CRM below — nothing waits in an inbox to be typed in twice.

Real modules go in — navigation, content, and the components the business needs.

04 — CRM & Internal Systems

Where the business runs, in one place.

For teams whose leads live in a spreadsheet, an inbox, and someone's memory: pipeline, tasks, and records the owner actually looks at — built around how the business already works instead of forcing a generic template onto it. The map below walks the same seven steps a real project moves through — every name in it is invented for illustration; the real Operations CRM is never shown publicly.

A CRM connection is part of the Growth and Custom systems above, configured to your pipeline during discovery — it's the record every website form, automated follow-up, and receptionist call below writes to, so nothing lives in two places.

  1. 01 · Workflow step

    Discovery submitted

    What comes in
A structured intake brief — business details, goals, current tools, and budget range — submitted through the discovery flow, never a bare contact form.
    What SiteMint organizes
SiteMint creates a new project record and a contact record the moment the brief lands, tagged with its source and every intake answer attached as notes.
    What automation may run
A webhook pushes the submission into the pipeline and fires an acknowledgment email within a minute. No automation touches pricing or scope.
    What the team sees
A new card in the Discovery column with the full brief attached, visible to the assigned reviewer — nothing is client-facing yet.
    Useful next action
A reviewer reads the brief and replies with a straight answer or books the discovery call.

05 — AI Systems & Automation

Evaluate, route, follow up, draft — where it's allowed to act.

For operators whose growth is capped by follow-through, not demand: automation handles the mechanical steps; anything requiring judgment lands as a task for a person, with context attached. Every automated action is logged and stoppable.

AI-assisted development is how we build every SiteMint system faster, with the same human review and testing on everything that ships; AI automation inside your own system — the kind pictured here — is scoped and turned on only where it's actually in scope.

06 — AI ReceptionistPrivate beta — invite only

Never let a good opportunity end at a missed call.

SiteMint AI Receptionist is built to answer incoming calls, handle routine questions, and help callers reach the right next step using the business's actual rules and availability.

Every call it handles becomes a CRM record and, where automation is in scope, a follow-up — the same connected pipeline the rest of this page describes, by phone instead of by form.

07 — Discovery & lead capture

A structured brief, not a contact form.

Every project starts with a guided, structured intake — the same one live on this site right now. It saves as you go, and a person reads every answer before you hear back.

  1. Answer structured questions about the business and the goal
  2. Save and resume any time — nothing is lost
  3. SiteMint reviews the brief and replies with a straight answer

10 — Pricing estimates

Three starting points. Every system is scoped.

Starter Site System

From $2,995

A credible, working online home for a new or small business.

Custom Connected System

From $9,995

A complete connected system: web app, CRM, and automation together.

Starting estimates. Final pricing depends on scope, integrations, content, timeline, and ongoing support requirements.

AI Receptionist pricing is provided during private-beta onboarding.

Advertising services (Meta Ads and Google Ads) are a separately scoped, usually recurring engagement — never included by default in any tier above, and never priced with a fixed number here. Client ad spend is always separate from SiteMint's service fee, and we don't guarantee leads, revenue, ROAS, or platform approval.

11 — Why SiteMint

Connected, not collected

One system carries the work between the website, the CRM, and automation — not five disconnected tools.

AI-assisted, human-reviewed

We use AI to build faster and to automate routine work — every judgment call still lands with a person.

Honest about capability

Every feature on this site is labelled available, private beta, in development, or planned. Nothing planned looks live.

A small, senior team

The people who design the system are the people who build it and the people who answer when something needs attention.

12 — Team

The people doing the work.

13 — FAQ

Straight answers to common questions.

Every project starts with the discovery brief, so scope is written down before work starts — pages, integrations, and what's explicitly out of scope. Nothing is assumed.

14 — Start

Tell us where attention leaks out of your business. We'll design the system that catches it.
